We have recetly moved over to Ring Central and have found that it really does do alot of things, just not fully realized as it could be. My major gripe at the moment is trying to get a chat transcript of SMS mesages for archiving puposes. We sell insurance and need to keep conversations for verification reasons when there is a change in the policy. It helps keep the he said she said to a minimum when we can pull a log of the conversation had. Which brings me to the point of my post; would putting an export transcript or export to word document be much more dificult to add to the SMS menu. There is already a option to select all and delete the conversation, would exporting this be anything much more taxing? I have dipped into linking a Google drive and I am testing out the capability of the built in archiver to compose records that would be easy enough for our staff to attach to our database.
