Warm and cold transfers between mobile app users

We use only use mobile devices and the auto-receptionist to advise all callers that we record all calls.

The problem we have is when we transfer calls between mobile app users, not only can we not do a warm transfer, but the pre-recorded auto-receptionist message is played again to our clients which is unnecessary and unprofessional.

Can the system not recognise internal transferred calls within a company/ring central account and only play the auto-receptionist message on new inbound calls to our company?
