We use call queues and it appears that the new Salesforce App does not work with call queues. This is a big problem for us. We are forced to continue to use the old ringcentral app until the new salesforce app supports call queues. Please support call queues!
Hello Thomas, Thank you for asking the question and sorry that you are having trouble. The good news is that Salesforce App works just fine with call queues. Each individual member in the call queue has to login to Salesforce separately. The Salesforce App will show the call indications at the same time their RingCentral phone would ring.
