SMS Integration with Zoho CRM

2. I employ a mobile workforce of sales people
3. There is no integration with Zoho CRM to store SMS messages set to or from a Ring Central extension and attach them to the Leads or Clients.
4. My employees communicate with their leads and clients using many channels. Voice, SMS, email, face to face. Typical use would involve the storage of in- and out-bound SMS messages being transmitted to our CRM where they would be attached to the lead or client records. Very similar to the way voice calls currently are.
5. To effectively work our business opportunities, it is necessary for our employees to be able to access the all of the communication history with a contact, from every employee and on every channel. Currently the SMS channel is a blind spot for us, or it requires my users to put notes on their leads about their text exchanges. Effective sales people are rarely the personality type that are good at inputting notes about text exchanges with clients.
