RingCentral Salesforce Integration Idea - Premium Support Line

Hello everyone,

We are thinking of spin up a new phone number for VIP customers. We use Salesfore internally. We would like to see if the following is possible:

(1) a user from company ABC calls in our VIP support line
(2) RingCentral asks the user to key in a code (e.g., express service code)
(3) this code is then sent to Salesforce to verify. (i.e., company ABC's account info has this code as a field)
(4) once it's verified, RingCentral passes this phone calls to the VIP support queue.
