RingCentral for Salesforce Previous Call List / Retention

It would be great if the Salesforce "Last Call" list displayed a call history that was more than just your previous call received.  After one week of use, we find that many of our users are mishandling / losing many call records during high call volume periods.  When this occurs, our users are required to manually locate the Salesforce Contact and create call log entry in Salesforce.  

For now, our workaround is to instruct our users to select "Save Log" immediately after connecting to a call, however this is not a suitable long term solution for us.  Another alternative would be to  enable "Auto Create" logs however this is creates a burden for our users as it requires them to purge non-business related calls in the "My Calls Today" report.

Please consider expanding the "Last Call" retention history.
