Integration: Please integrate with ConnectWise

ConnectWise is a very popular ticketing / CRM platform within the technical industry.  Thousands of small business owners use ConnectWise to managed their business and they actively work with a number of vendors to develop API's / integrations allowing their customers to improve their efficiency and profitability.   We would really appreciate having RingCentral integrate with ConnectWise.    Could someone from your team look into this?

I would really like this as well. As I am not only using ConnectWise but some of their other API's as well.

we also would like ring central plug in, as an MSP we use both and would like to have a plugin for CW

I agree.  This would save alot of time with dialing and many MSP's also resell Ringcentral

We have Connectwise and Ring Central as well.  This would be a really great feature.

I agree. We are a ConnectWise MSP as well. All they need to do is provide a V3 TAPI driver and ConnectWise says it will work.

I called them, the price is very high, 905.00 set up plus 405.00 per month. You need to have a machine on your network dedicated for it in order to work(defeating the purpouse of having a hosted pbx).  Also it looks like only works if you are using Chrome, not with the program itself.

There is a minimum 10 user limit with them... If you pay annually there is a discounted price rather than monthy.. Also, with RS there is no need for the one-time install fee / machine on the network .. its a native back end api integration.. if that helps at all

When I signed up 2 years ago, I was told they were going to release a tapi driver.  But looks like that is never going to happen.

Tapi is a dead technology.. has been dead for years.. CW used shoretel internally and even shoretel has ended their tapi support ...

I know, but that is what CW supports.  I even checked it with Skype for Business, but CW only supports the consumer version.  The one you mentioned look promising.  But the price tag is steep.    In any case.  Thanks for the suggestion.  I still can not justify it.
