Phone App for ChromeOS, Please

Currently, there's an Android application of the Phones app for ChromeOS and Android users; but it can't be considered fully functional.  For instance, there's the issue of having only one sound slider for the RINGER volume and CALL volume.  That makes it very hard on our ChromeOS and Android users whom wish to chat with loud users while not losing their ear drums either during those calls or when the phone rings after a quiet user.  See the link below for more details and examples from other users.

Furthermore, the Android application of the Phones app on ChromeOS has broken menu features like the tiles at the bottom of the RingCentral for Android app breaking after a call or two; and failing to load, or disappearing from the bottom altogether.

Having these issues addressed, along with a fully functional ChromeOS application, would be greatly appreciated by my organization's users.  Is there any likelihood of this being addressed in the near future?  Before the end of 2018?

Thanks for your assistance on the matter!

Hi, AJ Bourbeau. You can try our RingCentral for Google app in ChromeOS . https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ringcentral-for-google/fddhonoimfhgiopglkiokmofecgdiedb

Hi, Embbnux Ji.  Yes, we use that as a standard extension on all our corporate devices spans multiple OSs; and while I love the fact that the RingCentral for Google works well in Chrome for other OSs, it still has its issues on ChromeOS.  Like doesn't work on ChromeOS to the point of being called "non-functional".

By which, I mean that it:
- Doesn't send/receive calls using RingCentral (no matter how many times you reinstall the extension or sign out of and back into the extension)
- Doesn't highlight numbers on the screen to forward them to your desired device (desk phone/mobile phone/RingCentral app on desktop) like other OSs provide
- Doesn't do the job

Our ChromeOS users are forced to use RingCentral for Android; because that's the most functional program on the OS, not because it provides the most fluid experiences.  Any other recommendations are appreciated; but after searching high and low, and communicating with our rep, a Community Board post was recommended as the best way to get this addressed.
