Permission Error

We have tried to use RingCentral API with our CallMonitoring application and it fails because of RingCentral response with permission error on some requests. Here is this error below:


05:22:41.910    E    Open error: [ReadPresence] application permission is required for the following event filter: [/restapi/v1.0/account/2632450008/extension/2632566008/presence]


It tells that our application have no ReadPresence permission, bit it is selected in application settings and works for same application in Sandbox. We have tried different extensions in Production and always get same permission error. This error need to be fixed to make application operating.
