I am just implementing Ring Central in our business. I have several shared line groups through out our plant. Our outside customer service people (also using ringcentral) would like to be able to page an individual in a shared line group to pick up the call. Any way to do this?
James, at this time RingCentral does not enable paging or intercom to shared line groups. Below is a link to our support community where a similar topic was posted. If you would like to vote for this feature it may become a consideration for a future release.
