Anybody know how I can get Netsuite to integrate with RingCentral. Couple of things I'd like to do. One would be to log within Netsuite every time I dial a particular number. For example, if I were to call company ABC, it would automatically create an Activity within Netsuite for company ABC.
You can natively integrate RingCentral and Netsuite with the help of Tenfold, a 3rd party CTI solution that allows you to automatically log 100% of interactions and creates/opens cases depending on whether or not a previous record is already in place. Other features include click-to-dial, a floating UI, an easily accessible call recordings, as well as text, email, and chat transcripts.
