Issue with Zoho CRM Integration with Outgoing Calls

In RingCentral for the U.S., we are using the integration with Zoho CRM. The issue we've been having is a feature that could be added. When in Zoho, we try to make an outgoing call by clicking the green phone button. This opens up the Zoho call information popup, then calls the user's phone through the RingCentral desktop app. Then the user must pick up the call on the desktop app and press 1. If the user wants to transfer the call to be taken through the cell phone app, they need to do so AFTER the call has been put through the desktop app. The new feature would be to be able to initiate a call through Zoho which would give the user the option to pick up the call both on the cellphone app OR the desktop app. Currently, the only way to get through the "press 1" prompt without the call being dropped is to pick up the call through the desktop app FIRST. Please add this feature, it would make things a lot more streamlined.
