Would love to see an integration similar to Zendesk and Ringcentral for Hubspot and Ringcentral.  Make life so much easier for me.

Hubspot CRM? You should be able to use a string like this from the RC desktop app to match caller ID and pop a user record: https://app.hubspot.com/sales/123456/contacts/list/view/all/?query=%E
From my very quick test, I think you will need to make sure your phone numbers are all formatted the same as 5105551212 for example.

Would you be able to do something like that?

The feature Brandon is speaking about is our URI Scheme that is available in the desktop app for RingCentral.

When you ask, "Would you be able to do something like that?", could you be a bit more specific please?

Here is an example with screenshots of how to it with a CRM called Solve360.  You should be able to do the same with Hubspot CRM using the URL I provided (replace 123456 with your own Hubspot ID) and assuming all your phone numbers are consistent in Hubspot.  https://solve360.com/help/integration-walkthroughs/ringcentral/

I appreciate the help with the ability for Hubspot to be used with the CTI technology, but do you know how to get my voicemails, missed calls on my Hubspot CRM?

I would also like to setup custom reports.  Looking for a developer who could do that.

Thank you!
Casey

Hello Casey,
Thanks for being a valued RingCentral customer.  We at RingCentral are not building an integration with Hubspot at moment but I can promise you this made to our interest list, As we hear more and more interest we will certainly plan on building the integration.
Your RingCentral account provides the capability to send email notifications on voicemails and missed calls. Many of our customers use this feature to create tickets in Zendesk, Desk and other Apps.  Please see if you can create email channel in Hubspot for the email notifications that you receive from RingCentral.

Hope this helps

We are also very interested in seeing a HubSpot Integration.  Can we hire someone to do this for us?  We aren't technical, but want to up our game and provide faster customer interations by connecting these two great platforms.

I'm not a dev, but am also interested since I use both products.  Hubspot seems to have a fairly well documented API as RC does.. http://developers.hubspot.com/docs/crm-integration-guide/overview
Seems like a good opportunity for someone to work on.

Heh heh. No worries, but if you know of a developer looking for a cool project (or if you are a HubSpot customer and have a contact in their organization) feel free to contact me via email and we can open discussions. benjamin[[dot]]dean[[at]]ringcentral[[dot]]com

It's been 2 years so a lot of things have changed for the better. I'm sure this has already been addressed but just in case you'd like to explore another option for non-devs, you may want to opt for a 3rd party CTI tool like Tenfold which does not require any coding. It integrates RingCentral and Hubspot in as short as 5 minutes.
