Our Ringcentral account is a U.S. account and we use it for real estate investing/ property management company. We are currently using Ringcentral as our phone system and prosperworks as our CRM system. We would like to have these two systems integrated so that when a call is made using Ring central then it can be tracked and recorded into the Prosperworks CRM. This way interactions with customers can better be tracked. If this integration was available then those with Prosperworks would love to use Ringcentral as a phone system because of how well this would keep track of customer relations instead of manually needing to input phone call data and details.
