After registered your bot app. You should wait for a few minutes before adding it to your Glip. Can you try again and let us know.

I saw your question in another thread having problem with figuring out where to login Glip. Could you login Glip at https://glip.devtest.ringcentral.com/?

Can you list the steps you did so far so I would know how to help.

May I ask you again "Can you list the steps you did so far so I would know how to help?"

Also check your steps against this instruction. https://github.com/pkvenu/developing-locally-with-Glip

You should login into glip using your Sandbox Number. Could you confirm if you have followed the below steps:

1.) Add the Bot to Glip ( via Developer Portal )

2.) Login to Glip using your sandbox credentials i.e sign in using your sandbox username and password or email :

https://glip.devtest.ringcentral.com

3.) Search for the Bot in Glip using the same name you provided in Step 1.

**If the Bot you added in Step 1 does not show up in Glip then Signout, and SignIn to Glip Sandbox Environment and re-check.

Hope this helps!

I heard that you messed up with 2 developer accounts by creating the bot in one account and tried to add the bot into another account. Is that right? Is the problem solved now?
