I would like to request a feature: CallPro CRM Integration of RingCentral for Windows Softphone.

We are using the old version and it integrates or works well with our CallPro CRM using the sip protocol. But it doesn't work the same way on the new Softphone for Windows.

It is very important feature for our business, since it helps in auto dialing and helps us be more efficient in our business process.

Right now, I am worried if the old version would be phased out and since we keep on getting the error "phone parser initialization...." .

We currently do not have an integration with CallPro CRM available in the RingCentral App Gallery.

I visited their website (and did some searches) but I was unable to locate any developer documentation or API documentation for CallPro CRM. This means you would need to contact your CallPro CRM account representative and ask them to integrate with RingCentral.
