How do I set up Cloze CRM integration with Ring Central

There is an article that states Ring Central works with the Cloze CRM. How to I set this up to work?

I have looked for any and all articles regarding what you are asking and I don't find anything which indicates that RingCentral works directly with Cloze CRM.

Having said that, it appears that Cloze CRM has an API (Application Program Interface), as does RingCentral, which allows it to interact with other applications.  However, that does take some programming knowledge and it's not something which can just be "set up".

You are absolutely correct Jan! You can use the RingCentral Connect API and the Cloze API, but that work may not be needed. Why...?

That's good news Benjamin. I wasn't able to find that anywhere when I did a search on the RingCentral website as well as with Google. I'm also a RingCentral Partner and have neither seen nor heard anything about it. Was this just recently accomplished?

Is it possible for items like this to be added to the Partner's newsletter?
