  1. Account type  (Canada)
  2. Property Management company
  3. Make file names in dropbox integration for call recordings more descriptive
  4. I would like to be able to search by IVR extension, user extension, CID and DID, along with date and time, which could all be in the filename of the recording
  5. Able to locate calls to one of our 200+ locations easier

Hello Brian,
Thanks for your comment. We already have user extension and CID, date and time. IVR extension may not be possible at all but we will check

What are your ideas on how we can help make it better for #5

This is what my filenames in Dropbox look like:

20160722-130058_+1416XXXXXXX_Inbound_Automatic_6XXXXXXX7024.mp3

I have replaced some numbers with Xs for privacy.

I think the issue is that I am routing from IVRs to virtual users, then to individual users.  I would love for the file name to be:

(Date of Call)-(Time of Call)_(DID)_(IVR)_(Virtual Extension)_(User Extension)_Inbound_Automatic_(CID).mp3

I know that is a big ask, but I also know you love a challenge Jitender!

If the file names were like that, I could search the recordings archive in Dropbox by ANY of those values, which would be very useful.

I have converted this thread to an Idea, and placed it as "Under Consideration".
