I am using adapter way integration to our CRM,
Often log-in failed immediately but after some time tries logged in fine. Can you suggest any idea, if I am doing anything wrong?

I have created a sandbox and some webphone with different numbers, but only I can log in through the sandbox portal account and password since I can not check with other numbers or different extensions.

Can you suggest any ideas?

Hi Sharmilan,

With little input from you such as you cannot login and some time you can, it is hard for me to say what could be wrong. Can you give more details about how do you login your account, from a RC softphone or from the developer portal (https://developer.ringcentral.com) or from the service (https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com)?

You also said that you have created a sandbox and some webphone with different numbers, but only I can log in through the sandbox portal account. I guess that you can login your dev portal account at https://developer.ringcentral.com right? If that is the case, please login again and at the Console page, look on the left pane where you can find the Sandbox Accounts. Click on the Sandbox Accounts to see your sandbox main company number. If you have not setup the main sandbox account, proceed to set it up. Otherwise, use that number and your chosen password to login your sandbox account or login from the webphone.

Hi Phong,

Sorry for your inconvenience. I am new to this integration.
I am using Ring Central Embeddable widget into our CRM on there when trying to log in through the widget, that failing first 2 or 3 times, like the timeout issue. But If I trying, again and again, then successfully logged in. Console logs something like this:

`rc-login-status-notify: true`
`rc-login-status-notify: false`

But this is seems working fine today, yesterday the RC developer services got an Unavailable issue, right?


The second issue, I have created a sandbox account so the default user having 101 extension code, also I have added one more developer in the sandbox account So he has the next extension code with the main tp number say 102. Now I need to log in to the second developer account, to make calls and other conversation.

The system only allows to log in through the default user, so always logged in with the extension 101, how can I log in through the 102?

Also, I have added two new tp numbers but not working.

Hi Sharmilan,

I guess you are using RingCentral Embeddable widget? 
Are you using your free RingCentral developer account to log into it?

The free developer account doesn't have enough permissions to log into third party app in production environment.  For test in sandbox, you can create other extension user in https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com . So you can test it with different extensions.

Yes, RC Embeddable widget.
I have created one developer and also added two numbers with the web phone. But system only allow me to login through the main account, meaning always I am loggin with default user extension. If I use tp number and the second extension code displaying following error,

Phone number and password do not match. Please try again. Click here for more help or reset your password.
Even I cannot login  https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com with the second extension.

You can create extension user in   https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com  admin panel. And login with main number with extension number as another user. Phone number is not user. extension number in RingCentral behavior as user.

Thank you very Embbnux, I was wrong created a new developer. Now working  fine.
