We use Zoho CRM Integration to make our calls. However, we are unable to utilize the Call Monitoring Feature of RingCentral. Can we add this feature where in we can monitor calls when users are using Ringout (since most CRMs use ringout).
You could use Deskphone or RC Desktop app to monitor calls. Via Desktop phone , you need to use touchtones(dtmf) to monitor calls. Call Monitoring for the desktop app has no difference in feature with the Call Monitoring feature on your Desk phone. However, with RingCentral for desktop, you have a more intuitive interface to change the call monitoring statuses without using a touch tone.
