Automatically Route a call to the last person that they talked to

One of the companies that I trialed had a killer feature that almost made me go with them. When a customer called in a second time, from the same caller id, they were greeted with "Press 1 to talk with Chris again" and then the call would be routed to my extension. 

When providing technical support this can be incredibly useful and I can imagine a million other use cases. Please consider
