I'm currently trying your APIs, they are great simply to use and your developer's environment is extremely well organised,

Thank you for your Postman template ( you need to update it ;-) ) and your process to go from sandbox to prod is perfect 

but I'm surprised to cannot access financial data by your API, you're logging all calls but not call rate, you're not given access to billing part, why?

I need to make RingCentral KPIs, it will be great if I can access call rate cost/ line cost/ and even desk phone cost by APIs

Thanks for your great feedback!

Regarding to the billing info, the call log includes some basic billing information as "billing":{"costIncluded":0,"costPurchased":0}.

I will check internally to see if we have billing APIs for accessing extra info as you requested and let you know.
