Agile Widget issues

1.) Account Type: US
2.) No Case Number
3.) Issue:  When using the ringcentral widget within agile their are several issues we're currently having, while I know it's still "Beta" we rely heavily on our CRM & we are currently looking into other providers that have functional widgets & integrations.
     a.) when texting via the widget it only logs outbound texts not inbound responses
          i.) you can then see the full conversation via the mobile or desktop app but NOT within                    agile.
          ii.) the widget limits our text length (we don't want to send them a tweet) where as the                       desktop app doesn't limit your message length.
     b.) when calling via the widget a box pops up that you can type in but then serves ZERO                  functionality.  The only thing you can do is type in the box and then "Cancel" you can't                  save everything you just wrote down. 
4.) Goals
     a.) Inbound texts should be recorded in agile not just outbound
     b.) Texts should not be limited to X number of characters
     c.) The box that pops up when making an outbound call needs to be savable and it should                create a call log within agile. 
5.) Checked for settings within ringcentral & settings within agile and found no adjustments or           changes to make.
