Calls are no longer logging an activity in the Salesforce instance.  Unsure how to troubleshoot

Thanks for your feedback. I need more information from you.
1. Which Salesforce version you use? Classic or lightening?
2. Do you enable "Auto-create Call Logs" in Settings?

Lightning.  It is selected but is not longer logging the activity.  It did previously

1. Navigation bar is on the top of RingCentral App. Press the forth icon (gear) and go to Settings.
2. Scroll down to the third section which title is "Logs"
3. check the first item "Auto-create Call Logs"
