Would it be possible to script something that would deauthorise a users softphone on logout?

We have around 50 users that regularly move desks one the sales floor and this can be burdensome for our IT guys having to log into the admin panel everytime someone moves desk...

Currently we do not offer APIs which permit that type of programmatic management of user-device assignment. If that is in-fact the use case you're trying to address, feel free to share more information if that is an incorrect assumption.

If this is the use-case you want to address, and a feature you would like, I can convert this question into an Idea for an RFE (Request for Enhancement) which our product managers could possibly consider for later development. Before I do that, just wanted to make sure that I clearly understand the goals of this request.

Yes, something that could enable a user to log on to any machine in a domain and be authorised to make calls from the softphone.

Currently when a user logs in all their settings are there and correct but the machine is obviously not authorised to make calls so requires the user to contact IT and have them de authorize the last machine used in order for them to make calls.

Hello James,  Thank you for the confirmation. We'll change this to an "idea" request so that it gets reviewed by our product team.
