There are no listings for an ACT Pro DB integration in the RingCentral App Gallery: https://developers.ringcentral.com/app-gallery.html/query?compatibility=ringcentral&q=act

But that doesn't mean that you:

1. Cannot contact ACT Pro and ask them to build an integration (since the RingCentral Platform is open and free developer accounts are available).
2. Build one for your own needs as a Private application.
3. Build one to be published in the RingCentral App Gallery for all RingCentral customers who use ACT Pro.

Do any of those appeal to you?

If they do, you can visit (or share with others) the URI to the RingCentral Developer Portal where anyone can signup for a free developer account and start working with our APIs, SDKs, and developer tools right now!

Can you provide more information on what type of integration are you interested in with ACT Pro?

If there is a way to accomplish what you are interested in, we can let you know what to pursue.

While there isn't a formal ACT Pro integration on our App Gallery there may be ways to accomplish what you need. For example, there is a cookbook recipe to for ACT to send custom faxes below:

I'd like to be able to use ACT to dial my phone numbers or at least be able to import my contact into the ringcentral system.  I also use Outlook.

Hi Steve,

We don't have a specific ACT! Pro integration and I'm not overly familiar with Act! Act! is also not currently on our roadmap, however, it seems it may be possible to build one with the following options.
  1. Do-it-yourself using APIs
  2. Using a contact sync service
  3. Have our Professional Services team create one
1) Do-it-yourself using APIs

Here are some resources I found that may be useful for building it yourself:

In addition to a 100% API solution, it may be possible to export the ACT! database and call the RingCentral contacts API to perform a sync that way:

2) Using a contact sync service

One of our partners is PieSync, a contacts Sync as a Service platform, that is working on a RingCentral integration (http://www.piesync.com/ringcentral/) but would still need to add one for ACT! You can contact the for status of RingCentral and ACT! integrations.

3) Have our Professional Services team create one

Our professional services team has built custom sync solutions can you can contact them to make a request.
