A colleague if mine tried to create an developer account but something wnet wrong. He went through the signup steps and at the last step when he confirmed his details, an error popped up. Now when he tries to signup again he receives an error saying his emailadress is already in use but there is no way to retrieve it because no password has been set.

The emailadress used is m.vdlinden@loyally.eu.

Hi Jeroen,

I check the email address but could not find a new account associated with that email. Can you tell your colleague to clear the browser cookies and retry.

Let me know if the problem still persists.
