"Forward to other users phones" should be changed/improved to just "forward to other users"

Currently, a user has the option to "Forward calls to other user's phones", but you are only allowed to select individual ringcentral phones/softphones. We would much rather select a USER, and allow it to then follow that user's call handling preferences including their cell phone etc.
If, for example a phone is reassigned, or somebody changed their cell number, the settings would then need to be manually updated in my own call forwarding settings instead of just referring to that user's handling settings.
